—— working principle

The horizontal liquid film evaporator with liquid liquid concentration is divided into two parts: concentrated or evaporated by countercurrent or countercurrent.

1. condense concentrating evaporation: the direction of liquid and steam is the same, suitable for low concentration and easy to foam material concentration.

During evaporation, the turbulence of the material film is consistent with that of the steam. This design is suitable for low concentration material enrichment and high viscosity material applications. It also maximizes the entrainment of the entrainment into the steam.

2.counter current thickening evaporation: the opposite direction between liquid and steam is suitable for high concentration concentration.

Through the centrifugal force generated by scraping the [3] rotation, the feed [4] is evenly distributed on the evaporating surface [2].
