Comparison of the commonly used vertical thin-film evaporator has a relatively longer heating time (adjustable) to achieve better evaporation efficiency.
The design of fixed, slider and roller scrapers can be selected. The single rotor can be designed with double scrapers, and the adaptability of materials is better.
Facilitation & super efficient. Compared with the traditional batch operation, the continuous operation is convenient to save the artificial efficiency, and the quality of the film evaporating product is well adapted to almost all materials.
The horizontal thin-film evaporator is small in volume, low in installation and low in site requirements; and we have been using the principle of "commissioning before the factory - the overall delivery - the whole delivery - site zero installation", so as to save the huge cost and precious time for the customers to install the project.
