FLC 2000 Wave Type Shale shaker screen used on mud pump for Oil Drilling
Description
Wave type screen has typical mesh cloth that appears regular waves,and it can be mounted on suitable shaker by hookstripe,or wedge-shaped fastening device. Wave type screens are the replacement products of flat screens. The effective area is 125% to 150% of flat screens. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the wave type screens can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production.
We can supply the completely replacement,our screen is from API 20 to API 500. Accessory prepared rubber stoppers can be used to repair damage. By doing so, the operator can cut down the stop time and reduce the cost.The advantages as follows:

Application
Different layers with different density. To arrange these layers reasonably and exactly, the screening effect will become more and betterⅡ.The waved cloth bonded to metal backing plate, has more surface .
