1. Type (R),HH ,M(R) pumps are cantilevered ,horizontal ,centrifugal slurry pumps.They are designed
for handling abrasive or corrosive slurry in the metallurgical ,mining,coal ,power,building
Material and other industrial departments etc.
2. (R),HH are also called heavy duty slurry pumps,are used to transport the strong abrasive high
densit or low density high head slurry.Under the allowable pressure.the pumps of this type also can be installed in multistage series .HH type pump is mainly used for transport low density high head or high density low abrasive high head slurry.
3. M(R) is a kind of middle slurry pump,used to transport the fine particle size and middle density slurry
The liner and impeller of model can be changeable and material can be either anti-abrasive metal or rubber .But material of liner and impeller of HH model only can be metal version.Rubber material wet parts are mainly used for transport the slurry which contains fine ,non-sharp particle size.
4. Discharge can be positioned at the intervals of 45 degrees by any eight directions
to suite installations and applications.

Application
The vertical sump pumps are designed for delivering corrosive, large particle and high density slurries.
The pumps are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power plant, building materials and environmental
protection industrial departments, etc.
Motor drive type
DC Type: The output shaft of a motor is directly connected to the input shaft of a pump via a pump coupler. This type of connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as that of the motor.
CV Type: The pump is driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine. This way of connection
allows for saving space, easy installation, and fast adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is fixed to the
motor support frame which is located on the bearing support above the slurry pump.
ZVZ Type: Another type of belt drive that allows easy adjustment of pumping speed. The motor is directly fixed to the bearing support. This way of installation is suitable for motors with larger horsepower than is possible with
CV type of installation. Due to the installation of motor onto the bearing support, this method helps save installation space.
CRZ Type: This type of belt drive makes it easier to adjust pumping speed. The installation allows both the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground. The motor is installed to the side of the pump. This installation method is suitable for large-power motors.
