Features

A.The insert adopts high-grade raw material, reinforced with glass fiber, increase the covers strength by 15%.Ground copper parts are made of high quality brass, conductivity is excellent.The shrapnel’s resilience (used for securing a pin) is excellent, it can be corrected quickly in case of wrong wiring to ensure the normal use.

B.Contacts-silver plated or gold plated, uniform of thickness, colour and lustre is light.

The steel levers are treated by surface grinding and have strong antioxidant capacity, uniform surface and excellent hand washing.The rivet hole on the base are 4 holes drilled,location precision,high consistency.

Housing is made up of standard aluminum alloy, spray evenly, keep the original color inside the covers. Internal mounting hole are drilling together by CNC machines.The position is accurate.

C.The housing screw thread ,we abandon the traditional hand-made screw tap,choose high quality aluminum,it is operated by automated machine,its appearance is exquisite,bright accurate.

D. Rivet drilling adopts mechanical automation,location precision,high consistency.The rivet is made up of pure stainless steel.It has a bright and uniform appearance by polishing.
