2. Vessel Main Features:

• 1 x Mash / Lauter vessel, 304 stainless steel, insulated with 100mm of high density, chloride free Rockwool insulation, side grain out door, with glass top manway.
• 1 x Kettle / Whirlpool vessel, 304 stainless steel, insulated with 100mm of high density, chloride free Rockwool insulation, with glass top manway.
• 1 x 304SS Lauter Rakes and grain out with variable speed control auto lifting.
• 1 x 304SS Precision Milled False Bottom Screens, firmly affixed to vessel floor.
• 1 x 304SS Working Platform with sanitary process piping & valves.
• 1 x Sanitary Wort Pump, with variable speed control.
• 1 x 304SS 2-Stage Plate Heat Exchanger, Stainless steel plates and frame assembly, with Aeration Stone Assembly, and Wort Thermometer upon exit of PHE.
• 2 x Temperature RTD sensor in Mash and Kettle.
• 2 x Tank LED light assemblies.
• 1 x SS Airless Wort Grant with sight glass to accurately monitor Vorlauff.
• 1 x Mash Hydration Assembly.
• CIP Tank Spray ball, and under the screen cleaning head to clean 100% of space inside.
• 1 x Sparge Assembly and Hot/Cold mixing spool, with thermometer for precisely controlling strike/sparge water temperature.
• 1 x Condenser Stack Unit on top of Kettle with spray balls to capture condensate to drain.
• 1 x Trub Dam in Whirlpool allows for trub separation from wort stream to cellar.
• 1 x SS Water Tight Electric control cabinet below the brewhouse.
• 1 x SS enclosed PLC control Touch Screen Graphic Interface mounted on working platform, display RTD temperature, control pump and variable speed.
