The RTSP900 machine is designed for the customers who are aiming to provide Car rims, automotive aluminum alloys wheels repairing service. Its avaible for max. 27" size truck rims.

PVD Chrome was originally designed for the aerospace industry and has since become a highly popular finish in the automotive industry.
Process:
1. PVD Chrome on car wheels application is a powder coated process, first using a powder coating primer to protect the integrity of the part. 2. After the powder coated process, the part enters our PVD Chamber where a mixture of metals are sputtered onto the part creating a chrome finish.
3. The part is then coated with a high quality acrylic clear powder coat to protect the chrome finish.
Features:
Unlike traditional chrome plating, that pit and peel with normal wear and tear.
1. PVD Chrome is a highly durable process that exceeds the life of chrome plating.
2. PVD Chrome plating is a 100% environmentally green process.
3. PVD wheels are 80% lighter than chrome plated wheels which leads to increased fuel economy.

RT-CsI950, Evaporation coating plant is applied to CsI film deposition for X-Ray Imaging devices. It is an advanced technique to evaporate CsI on the screen to create high quality images. The high-resolution performance allows this application to be extremely efficient and disruptive in the medical instrument, nuclear energy industry, security checking and inspection, high energy physics subjects and more.
