1. Casting Technical: Slip casting(Hand pouring casting), if order qty is more than 20000pcs, we can use Jiggle machine casting.

2. Colors: All the colors are hand painting with pigments, and with transparent glazed coating. Each product under 1100degree firing for 2 times. First time is from clay body to bisque body, second time is after coloring and glazing, from bisque body to glossy finishing. It is resistance in temperature change, Easy to clean up, and not easy to be scratched.

3. Different shape and sizes are available in factory, they are Mr. Santa, Mrs. Santa, Snowgirl, Snowman, reindeer, Bear, Penguin, Nutcracker,Christmas tree...etc. We have a full collection of xmas theme.

4. May to September will be the production peak time for christmas season.
