1. Single screw main machine:

1) Screw diameter: ￠180mm, L/D: 28:1,

2) The screw are connected to the gear box through involute spline;

4) Main motor power: 100 kw, (A/C) speed is regulated by Italy regulator; screw speed 17-84rpm；

5) Barrel heating: cast- Aluminum heater. Heating power: 60 kw, divided to 7 zones, The machine head is a zone and others are 8 zones. Cooling by blowing way;

6) Adopted 250 model gear box. The speed is controlled by main transmission box with high torque, and hard gear face, using SKF imported bearing, material of the gear axial is 20CrNiMo, by immerse carbon and heating treated, HRC60-63;

7) Adopted automatic screen changer, operating easily;
